From Bristol to Nottingham :)

It seems like a tradition now, that every year, MCS, together with the MSSA members, would join forces and send over representative teams from Bristol to compete in the various games held in the University of Nottingham. As the start of the first weekend of November creeps in bringing with it the cold air of winter, our teams gave their very best shot in the competitions, cheered by the loyal supporters that tagged along all the way up north. The results were worth all the efforts put in, as this year, the teams from Bristol obtained more achievements than the year before. The netball team won three out of 5 games, proving to be a strong challenge to any of their opposing teams. The football team went up to the 16th position out of all the UK universities that competed. We are also very proud of the achievement of our squash player, Hafiizah Othman, who won 2nd place overall. Of course, not forgetting our badminton players who fought till the last drop of sweat in all their matches. And finally, cheers to the loyal supporters who were willing to sacrifice their Saturdays to support the teams all day without fail. Congratulations to everyone who participated :) and we look forward to have more achievements in the next Nottingham Games to come. Cheers :)
