Across the channel to..CARDIFF! :)

This time, MCS finds its way across the channel to our nearest neighbour, Cardiff. As early as 9 am in the morning, a group of seven girls and three guys board the train heading towards Cardiff Central which was roughly half an hour away from Bristol. For only £7.50 per person, we manage to find ourselves touring the Cardiff Castle, learning the history and the story behind the heavy, expensive decorations in the inside of the castle, enjoying the Italian food in the famous Cafe Minuet..and of course, shopping! :)
We were captivated by the story of the man who had so much money, he didn't know what to do with it, as well as the extraordinary traditional customs of a man expressing his love to a woman by presenting to her a spoon! Unique isn't it?
It was certainly a great field trip with an amazing weather (minus the very strong wind..:P) and we hope that there would be more field trips to come. :)!
